Refund and Replacement FAQ
1. Can products be refunded?
Yes, products can be refunded. Please refer to Refund and Replacement Policy for more details.
2. How long will the refund procedure take?
Refund procedure will be processed immediately. However it may take up to 4 week, before the funds are credited to your respective account.
3. How does replacement work?
Replacement can be made for the same item or the correct item only. Please refer to Refund and Replacement Policy for more details.

It will be processed immediately. Normally it takes less than a week upon receiving your return product.
Refund and Replacement Policy
1. Products must be sent in its original packaging, otherwise no refunds and replacement will be offered.
2. Items that have been worn are not eligible for returns or replacements.
3. Please send your refund and replacement form together with the item(s). Select the reason for return or state the reason for return.
Charmoire will replace the following scenario with free delivery:
a. The item received is different to what was ordered (incorrect item)
b. Missing item from the order
c. Defective item (Missing crystal, loose or broken glass on locket, unsatisfactory paint job)
Charmoire will refund the following scenario to your respective paying method:
a. Defective item (Missing crystal, loose or broken glass on locket, unsatisfactory paint job)
b. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
c. Delivery cost for returning the item to Charmoire will not be refunded, however Chamoire is happy to resend your item(s) free of charge if necessary.
Charmoire offers 3 months warranty for your products. The validity is 3 months from the date stated on your receipt.
